A man arrested this week in connection with the disappearance of Georgia mom Aimee Lafakis has now been charged with her murder. Lafakis, 48, was reported missing from her Brookhaven home on September 29, after she missed a planned dinner with her daughter, and found dead on October 1 in Gwinnett County, CrimeOnline reported . Lafakis, 48, had previously dated Brandon Wineinger, who was initially arrested on charges of making false statements, tampering with evidence, kidnapping, burglary, and concealing the death of another.
